Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you use the contact form on our website, your message opens in your own email client and is sent directly to us. That means we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and your message.

Information from an engagement. During a project we may receive business contact details, account access, brand materials, and other information you provide so we can deliver the agreed services.

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support our services, issue invoices, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

For lead generation work, clients may direct us to work with contact data. Where that happens, the client remains responsible for the lawful basis of that data, and we process it only on the client's instructions.

Our contact form includes two optional, unchecked consent boxes: one for marketing emails and one for marketing text messages. We only add you to a marketing list if you tick the relevant box. Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us, and we will still reply to your enquiry if you leave both boxes unchecked.

Email. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message. You can also email us to be removed. We honour opt-outs promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

Text messages. If you consent to SMS, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing; they are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf.

To opt out of either channel at any time, email info@lm-growth.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

We rely on third-party tools to run the business and deliver work — for example email, messaging, website hosting, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, social and podcast platforms, and AI production tools. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms. We share only what is needed for the task.

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or archived. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time.

We use reputable platforms and access controls appropriate to a small business, and we limit who can access client information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email info@lm-growth.com. You can also unsubscribe from any direct communication at any time.

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may request to know what personal information we hold, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, and appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We also do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

To make a request, email info@lm-growth.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We verify requests by replying to the email address we already hold for you, and you may use an authorised agent. We respond within 45 days and may extend once where the law allows.

LM Growth LLC is based in the United States and our team and service providers may work from other countries, including Colombia. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected under this policy.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not track visitors across other websites and do not sell or share personal information, there is no cross-site tracking for these signals to switch off.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
