LM Growth LLC provides virtual assistance services including social media content and creation, medical executive assistance, LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead generation, bulk InMail campaigns, podcast administration, and AI-generated podcast production. The exact scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or service agreement.

Information on this website is for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. A working relationship begins only once both parties confirm a proposal in writing.

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are set out in your proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Where an engagement is arranged through a third-party marketplace such as Upwork, that platform's payment terms also apply.

You agree to provide timely access to the accounts, tools, brand materials, and information required to deliver the services, and to ensure you hold the necessary rights to any content you supply. You are responsible for the legality of any outreach lists or contact data you provide.

Some services rely on third-party platforms (for example LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, social networks, podcast hosts, and AI tools). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or account actions taken by those providers.

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver or receive the services. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Website content, branding, and materials are owned by LM Growth LLC. Deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, which remain ours.

Certain deliverables, including AI-generated podcasts, are produced with artificial intelligence tools. We review output before delivery, but you are responsible for final approval before publication.

We work to agreed standards and best practices, but we do not guarantee specific lead volumes, engagement rates, revenue, or other outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LM Growth LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before it arose.

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as described in the applicable agreement. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable.

By contacting us you agree that we may reply by email, messaging apps such as WhatsApp, or other electronic means, and that electronic records and agreements have the same effect as signed paper ones. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other. If that fails, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a written service agreement says otherwise.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with your written proposal or service agreement and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, form the entire agreement between us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page with the date above is the current one.
